What is your shipping/sales/return policy?
We ship via UPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of in stock items. Approximately 2 weeks for back/pre-ordered items. An email is sent once your order ships with tracking info. All sales are final. Exchanges and store credit only. Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way can't be accepted for exchange or credit.Exchanges must be submitted and mailed within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please email returns@lovewhoiam.com with your receipt number prior to return.
Offline money order purchases are available upon request.

What if the merchandise is not in stock?
Occasionally high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item you ordered in stock, we will alert you by email. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Generally takes 2 business weeks.
Do you ship outside of the United States? (APO addresses are normal rate)
Yes, we use USPS. Fee starts at $16. Send requests to sales@lovewhoiam.com. If you order online, you will be billed the balance of shipping fee due before your order is processed. Fee depends on the destination country and shipping time requested (Priority, Express or Global Express) Reference: www.usps.com.

Do you sell wholesale?
Buyers, and stores interested in wholesale, please email us at info@lovewhoiam.com with your name, store name and address, and how long you’ve been in business.
Ladies tees are rib knit and have a baby doll fit that hugs the curves. With the rib knit, the shirts have some stretch/give. Sizing information is available here. If your tee doesn’t fit, you can exchange for another size.
